Breast lipofilling is a completely natural breast augmentation technique, performed using the patient's own fat. After gentle liposuction from areas with excess fat, the fat is purified and then precisely reinjected to restore volume, harmonize the shape, or correct asymmetry.

This procedure offers a subtle, long-lasting, and natural result, while simultaneously improving the figure through the fat harvesting process.

Before the Procedure

A preoperative assessment is carried out according to the surgeon's prescriptions.

A consultation with the anesthesiologist takes place no later than 48 hours before the procedure.

Recommendations:

No anticoagulants or products affecting blood clotting should be used, unless otherwise advised by the anesthesiologist.
Smoking cessation is required 3 to 4 weeks before the procedure, due to its impact on wound healing.
The anesthesiologist will provide specific instructions for this procedure.

The Procedure

The procedure begins with careful marking of the harvesting and injection areas.

Fat is harvested atraumatically using a micro-cannula, then immediately purified by centrifugation to prepare the fat cells.
It is then reinjected through 1-millimeter micro-incisions, in multiple planes and directions to optimize graft survival.

The procedure generally lasts 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the amount of fat to be reinjected and the number of areas involved.

After the Procedure

Recovery is generally straightforward, with moderate pain. Swelling appears within 48 hours and resolves in 5 to 15 days, while bruising fades within 10 to 20 days.

Breast volume decreases by approximately 30 to 40% in the 3 months following the procedure. If necessary, multiple successive lipofilling sessions may be required for patients requesting a significant breast volume increase.
Treated areas should not be exposed to sun or UV light for at least 4 weeks.

The final result is visible 3 months after the operation.
