Pre-Treatment Guidelines

Recommendations:
  • No anticoagulants or products affecting coagulation should be used (as directed by the surgeon).
  • Smoking cessation is recommended 8 to 10 days before the procedure.
  • Do not wear makeup on the day of treatment.

Treatment Procedure

Injections are sometimes performed after local or superficial anesthesia, using fine needles or micro-cannulas.
